Weet bix

Today there was a nutritionist called Rita and Nova and she talked about healthy cereal and drinks there were some healthy cereal and some bad cereal.Weet bix i choose weet bix is a healthy choice for breakfast it gives energy and it is healthy Nova made us do this thing where you write some cereal boxes names down and we had to name the cereals and say how much sugar and fat and sodium.They were really awesome and they knew alot about health I wish I could be like that some day.

The black caps were playing south Africa it was a really the last string when they had 2 balls to go and grant elliot when he hit a six.He was the man of the match he saved us so now we will be playing austalia or india.and the final will be at MCG on sunday. GO THE BLACK CAPS!

If you like thunder and lighting you are in luck you can get a thunder storm lamp when a user is near by and it makes thunder and lighting.The sound system creates a blue tooth device.The light can be adjusted in brightness.But the cloud isn't cheap it is around $560 for a lamp and $2,000 for a ceiling light.

Amy is 14 years old and her younger brother Dan they rush to Egypt for another clue also Amy decided never to watch animal plant again.

zac bmx

tricks/red bull 
We got to Reefton and we were going to have lunch but there was a skate park and we went to the skatepark and there was a red bull van that were the trick masters they were awesome.they did all  kinds of tricks that I have always wanted to see in real life.The red bull van was mostly bull but it had a red bull picture on the side of it.

There was a few seats so we sat down and ate lunch we watched them while we were eating. they were filming a t.v show called 7 sharp i bet you have heard of it before it was awesome they were doing tailwhips, backflips, cliffhangers and manuals it was awesome.The red bull van  they traveled in taking all there gear in like they helmets and there bikes it was a big red bull truck.

7 sharp/Reefton skate park
We will be on seven sharp on Friday 7pm with the bmx riders.They were the best bmx rider i have seen in my life they were amazing.The Reefton skatepark was pretty big we sat right in front of a bowl were they did all there tricks it was pretty cool.The red bull van was like all blue and it had red bull on the side and a red bull on it that was the best thing on camp that was my favorite camp I have been to yet they gave us sticker that said #tiptotail I stuck one on my bike and one on my scooter and it looks really cool.we were at Reefton skate park at it was pretty big probably bigger than Reefton skatepark.

You better watch 7 sharp tonight to see us on camp and having a good time.
